Shipping policy

We provide shipping services across Canada and to over 200 countries worldwide.

- International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient.

- Additionally, any brokerage fees and customs clearance charges imposed by the carrier will also be the recipient's responsibility.

- Shipping and customs fees will be calculated at checkout

• If an international shipment is refused or returned, the customer will be responsible for any incurred taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping within the United States usually takes between  7-10 business days. International shipments may take 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order.
